The intake part of this throttle size is 4mm larger than that of original so intake efficiency is 17% up of the original. Butterfly size is 2mm bigger than the original this makes intake efficiency 8% up as well. Interior of the body part is polished by diamonds and mirror worked. This product is electronic. DO NOT install it with a wired accelerator. Makes about 2mm space if you install this to FN2 stock intake manifold so it's better to use with Spoon Sports intake manifold
This product has been developped in response to considerable demand for a balance between peak power and torque. In its development, we at Spoon have implemented all possible combinations of pipe diameter, assembly rotation, and other similar factors in exhasutive engine-bench, flow-bench, and actual-driving tests. Accordingly, power and torque were successfully balanced, and by both including a bulge in the assembly-collector section and using slightly uneven lengths for pipes, it was possible to achieve our ultimate target or reduced weight. Furthermore, with any reduction in low speed torque, the discharge of gas was carried out forcibly from the exhaust port in the high speed range, and the results of this showed that ithas also been possible to achieve increased replenishment efficiency for the combustion chambers. In other words, we have been successful in the development of an exhaust manifold with a real increase power.
The spoon formed the silencer in a part for the central part of Exhaust Pipe-B. Moreover, the optimum exhaust flux was designed and produced commercially.

By using numerical control machining to achieve a large, 4mm opening for the throttle, the flow-pass area is increased by 16% and the inertial mass during the intake of air is reduced. Accordingly, peak power is increased by a factor of approximately 6 horsepower.

This thermo stat would open the valve in 70 degrees in order to avoid power down of the over heating. Original thermo stat would open the valve in 90 degrees. K20 engine has some problem for heating emission, this product keep the water temperature about 70-75degrees.
