Features:
To reduce the pedal load when using a sports clutch, improve half-clutch operating characteristics and
provide proper clutch connection positioning, the size of the operating cylinder was increased from 3/4 inch (ø19.05mm) to 13/16 inch (ø20.54mm). This reduces pedal pressure by as much as 14% compared to a standard part.
Product Warnings:
Because the cylinder stroke volume is decreased when using the big operating cylinder, the stroke should be correctly adjusted:
1. Before removing the standard operating cylinder, ensure that air does not enter by clamping the hose securely with a hose clamp.
2. Fill the big operating cylinder to be installed with brake fluid, and connect it to the hose after emptying all the air from it.
3. Even after carefully completing steps 1 and 2, some air may be remain. Air in the hose will change the pedal stroke and clutch feeling. Since it is difficult to remove air from wide diameter hoses and pipes such as the U pipe, you should double check to be sure that all air is completely evacuated.
4. Vacuum pressure is the easiest way to accomplish step 3 (use the U-pipe eliminator adaptor which comes with the NISMO Clutch Hose).

Features:
To find the most suitable shape for tuning engines (400ps to 600ps), the diameter and the length of the intake pipe, and the cross section shape of the intake collector was redesigned. The distribution of air to each tube was improved to provide more equal airflow volume, improving torque in the mid-speed range. Improved air intake volume between the pipes of the front and rear sides reduces the difference in air intake temperature on both sides of the turbine, optimizing the air-fuel ratio and ignition timing and providing increased output and fuel consumption. Simple bolt-on installation means that no additional work is required (however, the throttle linkage and throttle sensor must be adjusted).
*Intake temperature difference at the entrance of turbo chargers is improved averaging18% in 2,400 to 7,600 rpm range.
*At 4,800 to 7,600 rpm, power output is increased by an average of 1.8%, while fuel economy is improved averaging 0.4%.

-This product cannot be installed with the engine mounted.
-Installation of this product will change the characteristics of the engine, necessitating adjustment of the engine control unit. Failure to do so very likely will result in damage to the engine.
-The engine improvement figures shown above are based on internal company testing. The actual level of improvement will depend on the engine specifications, conditions of air-fuel mixture and ignition timing, weather and the precision of measurement.
-This product cannot be used with single, large-diameter throttle chambers.

Note on selection of heat values:
Plugs with high heat ranges do not indicate higher speeds. Depending on the type of racing, the use of a too-high heat range may result in the plug not firing correctly, resulting in reduced RPM; use of too low a heat range
can result in burning, causing poor high-rotational pickup. Be sure to select the plug that meets the type of racing and the engine.
