Definitely stiffer than stock but not too stiff in my opinion. After installed, can hear the acceleration tone more profound in the cabin which can be a good thing. Overall satisfied with it.

The pic displayed is exactly what I received. The STI paper included which just talks about warranty being void and such.
Besides that, the Pitch stop is wildly different than the stock VB mount. It removed basically all the rubberbanding that isn't my fault.

Install was extremely easy.
There's 5 bolts that hold down the top mount intercooler. After that, just pop the silver clip on the intake track to allow the TMIC to be removed.

Once removed, there's two more bolts holdin in the pitch stop. The one closest to the engine goes Bolt head, washer--->through the mount--->Washer, nut.
The one by the firewall is simply a bolt.
After removing those, pull the pitch stop out and put in the new one reversing these instructions.
