Calorfic value is high, and as for the rotary engine which pitch difference of the oil pressure plusation produces, performance is controlled by oil condition. Oil flows smoothly by making an oil filter macroscale, and load between the oil pump - eccentric shaft is reduced and realizes a power up of 1.0 - 2.5ps. In addition, the good engine oil of specifications has to remove impurities by an oil filter with the combustion room as clean. When oil filter capacity is not enough, oil pressure rises by blocking for an engine and sent to metal and the combustion chamber with a relief valve of the filter inside opens, and impurities not being removed and give bad influence to an engine. A racing oil filter proud of macroscale is the oil filter which a rotary engine buys.
HKS original 3-chamber structure ensures the stable operation of blow-off valve regardless of the amount of pressure. Large 51mm valve performs great with high power and large displacement engines. Adjustable pre-load allows a wide range of application.
3-chamber System
Typical blow off valves require spring load settings for each vehicle specification. If the spring load setting is too low, the boost pressure may be relieved under high boost, and the desired boost setting may not be reached. If the spring load setting is too strong, the valve may not open at low boost.
HKS RACING SQV utilizes a reliefless type; therefore, it delivers stable operation at all boost levels.
Durability tests of over 1 million operations minimizes the chances of valve stick and achieves high durability.
Note: This kit does not include AFR. Correcting fuel device is required.
HKS RACING SUCTION features:
