HKS original 3-chamber structure ensures the stable operation of blow-off valve regardless of the amount of pressure. Large 51mm valve performs great with high power and large displacement engines. Adjustable pre-load allows a wide range of application.
3-chamber System
Typical blow off valves require spring load settings for each vehicle specification. If the spring load setting is too low, the boost pressure may be relieved under high boost, and the desired boost setting may not be reached. If the spring load setting is too strong, the valve may not open at low boost.
HKS RACING SQV utilizes a reliefless type; therefore, it delivers stable operation at all boost levels.
Durability tests of over 1 million operations minimizes the chances of valve stick and achieves high durability.
Note: This kit does not include AFR. Correcting fuel device is required.
HKS RACING SUCTION features:
- Improving the suction efficiency by changing the genuine flexible rubber hose to aluminum piping. In HKS flow bench test, the suction resistance has been reduced compared to stock intake system.
- The exclusive heat insulator suppresses the influence of heat in the engine room.
- It is possible to correct the deviation of the air flow meter output generated by the air cleaner itself by coupler on with the kit with AFR (Air Fuel ratio Regulator). (A kit without AFR requires separate setting with a fuel correction device etc.)
- The sporty intake sound unique to bare type air cleaners is one of the features.
* By using together with "cold air intake box", which will be released soon, exhibits superior performance.
