Really nice, genuine OEM decal. Looks clean and factory fresh.

- Installation tips
First, remove the four plastic clips. This will create enough space behind the grille to take out the old decal and/or install the new one. Although it’s a bit tight, it is manageable and saves you from having to remove the entire front bumper. Use a flat screwdriver to carefully pry off the old rings.
I took a picture to show the location of the old decal, so you'll know where to place the new one. -

Very nice subtle addition to the car to have that STI look.

Easy installation, just align to the grille mesh and screw in the back holding plate from the back. Depending on the grille type, some minor modification might be needed.
