By installing a pillow ball bushing in the middle of the support plate where the sub-frame connects to the body, the required power is transmitted to the rear wheels without delay and without unnecessary input. This allows improvements in responsiveness, performance, and roll rigidity, for stable control and riding comfort. Note: This part must be installed together with the flexible draw stiffener, rear. Installation of the currently available flexible tower bar and support front kit will achieve the optimal front-to-rear balance as well as "flexible yet elegant drive feel".

Fast shipping (I received the parts after 14 days from placing the order) and well packaged. Major improvement over stock. Only complaint is instructions come in only Japanese. You need to ask Japanparts staff to send english instruction manual.

You need to install STi Flexible Support Rear (ST20156PF000) together with the STi Flexible Draw Stiffener Rear (ST20168ZR000). It is best to have the installation done by a professional mechanics.

- Installation tips
It has to be mounted in place of the oem rigid part and it’s suggested to keep the rear frame up urging the installation. Package comes with long bolts for replacing old ones.
