Plug and play item, comes with grease to apply to points between sensor and clock spring. Ensure you don't remove the clip that holds it in place until you are ready to screw together with clock spring.
Overall, great item and works right after plugging in. -

To remove top part plastic cover from steering column you need to remove dash. But you can get away with just lifting it and unscrewing the clock springsensor combo.
