Honestly I'm not sure if I would have gone to the effort if I wasn't already wanting painting the chrome surrounds inside my headlights, its a big undertaking to remove bumper lights and then heat-gun or oven the lights to separate, then install, reapply sealant and put back together.
the results are good but big job.
Make sure you get the diffuser is cleaned and test before reassembling one of mine was slightly off and white was changing kelvin/tone as it went through the C shape -
