Don't let this Pair slip by; the WESTREX reissues of the WE 91, due for release late this Year, cost US$16,000 a Pair

In response to emails;
These are NOT "Fixer-Uppers", they're a "Plug and Play" Pair!  They are built like a Tank.
How do they sound?
MAGNIFICENT! I pulled my pair of Marantz Model 8B's out of service to audition these further Sunday. I played a range of music from Sinatra to Reggae, Hip Hop to Billie Holliday. About two hours into  listening it dawned on me; these Amps are a disappearing Act. They are so linear and undistorted that they draw you into the musical event, rather than removing you from it. They are literally stepping aside and mirroring the source. Their "sonic signature" is a pure Class act; these do everything just right, even my Marantz amps are slightly too "polite" for Rock, but these 91's implacably handled everything that was put their way with an effortlessness that was unique and extraordinary to my experience.
The attack of piano keys, vocals and  transients are rendered as breathtaking; this is sound presented just effortlessly. These Amps are musical,  hypnotic and utterly compelling
How do these compare to my current Amp, would these be an upgrade? Let me draw an analogy. If your "this Years Amp" is a Lexus, then my Marantz Model 8B's are a Classic Thunderbird. The 91's are a Duesenberg. You don't "Grade Up" from a Duesenberg; you either own one, or you don't.  There's no more clear a delineation. I GUARANTEE no disappointments with owning and using this Pair, the only disappointment will be in NOT owning them! TOO MANY TOYS and something must go (Or I must, says my Wife!)
